Entry fees for the Lynchburg Christmas Parade are minimal and assist in covering the costs of operating the parade, including advertisements, prizes, insurance and other incidental costs incurred by the parade committee.

Fees vary based on the type of unit. The Lynchburg Christmas Parade is hosted by the Lynchburg Fire & EMS Foundation, Inc. The Foundation is a nonprofit Virginia corporation and reserved the right to choose those units that may participate in the parade.

• Entry fees must be returned with the application for entry to be considered.
• Any request for waiver of fee must be directed to the chairperson of the Lynchburg Christmas Parade Committee.
